Stephanie Burns has extensive experience in educational technology and music education, currently serving as a Media Technology Specialist at Tyler ISD since August 2008, where the vision includes transforming the school library into a Learning Commons. Previously, Stephanie worked as an Instructional Technology Specialist for Certica Solutions from May 2018 to March 2019, contributing to the Artifact® App by enhancing its searchable features through descriptive tagging. Before these roles, Stephanie taught music at Tyler ISD from August 1997 to June 2008. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, a Bachelor of Music in All-Level Music Education from Stephen F. Austin State University, and an Associate of Fine Arts in Music (Voice) from Kilgore College.
