Matt Still

Matt Still is an accomplished re-recording mixer at Tyler Perry Studios since December 2019 and has been running Matt Still Inc. as a producer, engineer, and mixer since January 1996. In addition to work at Dancing Goat Films, where Matt Still serves as director, editor, sound designer, and composer since January 2009, involvement with The Recording Academy includes roles as Chapter Vice President (2014-2016), National Trustee (2016-2020), and Chapter President (2020-2022). A creative team member at Placement Music, LLC since March 2012, Matt Still also served as an Artist In Residence at Kennesaw State University from January 2018 to June 2020. Earlier experience includes sound design and mixing for commercials at AcousTech Music Productions, Inc., and chief engineer at Bosstown Recording Studios, where work encompassed high-profile projects. Educational background includes a degree in Commercial Music & Recording from Georgia State University and prior studies at Georgia Institute of Technology.
