Neal Kirsch

Neal Kirsch has extensive experience in finance and operations. Neal currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Tyler Perry Studios. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at VENN from 2019 to 2021. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Finance & Operations Consultant for Private Equity at Neal Kirsch Consulting, where they provided support for private equity transactions and led various carve-out projects. Before that, Neal served as the COO & CFO at OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network from 2012 to 2016. Neal also held the position of Executive Vice President and CFO at Discovery Communications from 2003 to 2012, and Chief Financial Officer at Discovery Channel International from 1998 to 2003.

Neal Kirsch has a strong educational background in business and finance. From 1982 to 1986, they attended Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Finance, General. Neal then went on to pursue further education at NYU Stern School of Business from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in International Business & Management.
