Amy Stark

Amy Stark is an experienced executive in the technology and public service sectors, currently serving as the Executive Account Manager for the Outdoor Recreation group at Tyler Technologies since March 2019, where the focus is on enhancing visitor experiences across California's state parks. Prior to this role, Amy held various leadership positions, including General Manager for both Tyler Oregon and NIC Oregon, overseeing business operations and strategy in partnership with the State of Oregon. Amy's background includes extensive work with NIC Inc., where roles spanned from President & General Manager of Pennsylvania Interactive, LLC to General Manager of multiple state-focused initiatives. Earlier professional experiences include Global Alliance Manager at UPS Logistics Technologies and a Business Development Manager at Genesis Financial Solutions. Amy began a career in advocacy as an ACLU Strategy & Policy Organizer, contributing to digital engagement and community activism. Amy holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
