Dean Willmer

Dean Willmer is a seasoned professional in compensation strategy and workforce analytics, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Compensation at Tyler Technologies since July 2020. In this role, Dean leads global compensation initiatives and workforce analytics to enhance talent attraction, retention, and rewards, aligning with business growth objectives. Prior to Tyler Technologies, Dean held the position of Director of Compensation & Workforce Analytics at American Greetings from March 2004 to July 2020, overseeing the development of compensation and recognition programs. Dean's career also includes serving as Director of Compensation and Sr. Consultant at Buck Consultants between March 1997 and March 2004. Educational credentials include a Diplome HEC in Marketing from Ecole des hautes Etudes commerciales and a BA in Economics with a focus on German from the University of Michigan.
