Lucas Rafael Ferraz

Lucas Rafael Ferraz has extensive experience in RPA and ERP systems, currently serving as an RPA Specialist at Computing System Innovations since November 2022. Prior to this role, Lucas held several key positions at FIT - Instituto de Tecnologia, including RPA Software Architect and RPA Development Analyst, where responsibilities spanned designing automation processes, developing bots, and evaluating new automation opportunities. Lucas also has a strong background in ERP consulting, having worked with Melitta South America and Infor on system customizations and migrations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Computation Engineering from Centro Universitário Facens, earned between 2007 and 2011.
