Nicholette Sams

Nicholette Sams, PMP, is a seasoned Senior Software Engineering Manager at Tyler Technologies, with a career spanning from May 2004 to present, where Nicholette has directed the development of the Time & Attendance product line and managed various teams within the ERP division. Prior roles include Software Engineering Technical Lead and Software Development Team Lead for the School ERP Pro product line, encompassing responsibilities such as mentoring developers and managing Scrum teams. Nicholette has also gained experience as a Central Grader and Teaching Assistant at 2U, worked with the U.S. Census Bureau in address canvassing, co-owned a pest control business, and held positions in financial aid processing and software development internships. Nicholette holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University and completed a Coding Boot Camp at Case Western Reserve University.
