Philip Baughman

Philip Baughman has extensive experience in product security and software development, primarily at Tyler Technologies since June 1994. As Director of Product Security, Philip oversees Tyler's E-Filing Manager, ensuring secure integration of e-filing services into the company's SaaS platform. Previously, Philip held various leadership roles, including Senior Development Manager and Development Manager, where responsibilities ranged from managing development teams and obtaining PCI-DSS Level 1 certification to creating structured product release milestones. Philip's career at Tyler began with significant contributions to the Odyssey Courts and Justice platform, which became a leading case management system in the United States. Prior to Tyler Technologies, Philip worked at IBM as an AIX Technical Support Specialist. Philip earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Texas.
