Erin Louw

Erin Louw is an experienced professional in the fields of people operations, culture, and wellness with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently, Erin serves as the Executive for People and Culture at TymeBank since November 2023. Prior to this role, Erin held significant positions at Retail Capital SA, including Chief Brand Officer and Executive Head of People Operations and Marketing, along with a directorial role at Elevate People, which focuses on cultivating healthy work environments. Earlier experience includes serving as People Executive at afb - all you can be, and Wellness and Benefits Specialist, Biokineticist, and Health and Safety Manager at RCS Group. Additionally, Erin has lectured on Wellness at Stellenbosch University and contributed as a speaker at the Corporate Wellness Conference. Erin holds a B.A. in Sport Science with Honours in Biokinetics from Stellenbosch University.
