Martin Magnone

Martin Magnone has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Martin co-founded and served as CEO of Tymit since September 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Bain & Company, where they held various roles including Principal from 2014 to 2017, Manager from 2011 to 2013, and Consultant from 2007 to 2010. Before joining Bain & Company, Martin worked as an Equity Research Intern in the Technology group at Banco Santander in 2006. Martin also co-founded Power-Consulting, a software development startup, where they directly engaged with client founders/CEOs to sell and scope solutions, designed and coded core IT applications, and re-engineered critical client processes from 1999 to 2004.

Martin Magnone attended Columbia Business School from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Management. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2003, they studied at Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga' and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics. Earlier, from 1997 to 1999, Martin attended Universidad ORT Uruguay, where they completed a program in Software Programmer Analysis, with a specialization in Computer Software Engineering.
