Paul Clark

Paul Clark has extensive experience in facilities and property management within the public sector. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at Tyne & Wear Fire & Rescue Service since October 2007, Paul oversees the contract management of a PFI property portfolio that includes seven Community Fire Stations, a Service HQ, and a transport operational workshop facility. Previous roles at the same organization include Facilities Team Leader and Estates Officer. Prior to this, Paul worked at South Tyneside Homes as Assistant Repairs Manager, managing repairs for approximately 11,000 properties, and at South Tyneside Council in various capacities from Site Manager to Apprentice Joiner, gaining comprehensive knowledge in construction, renovation, and maintenance processes.
