Anna Rissanen is an experienced communications professional with a focus on employment and economic affairs. Currently serving as a Communications Specialist at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland since September 2016, Anna is responsible for communicating government labour market reforms and enhancing organizational communication. Previous roles include a Senior Communications Specialist at the Prime Minister's Office focused on EU Presidency communications, as well as various positions within the Finnish government and the European Commission, where responsibilities spanned media relations, strategic communication, and political reporting. Anna holds a Master of Social Sciences in Political Science from the University of Helsinki and has experience as a Teaching Assistant and in media assistance roles.
