Joyce Younes is an experienced product designer with a strong background in UX design and growth strategies. Joyce commenced a career in design as a Graphic Designer at IFP Group and progressed through various roles, including UX Designer at Numerify and Product Designer at Wrap Media LLC. At Momentive.ai, Joyce served as a Senior Product Designer with a focus on international growth, improving onboarding experiences, and activating metrics. Following this, Joyce worked as a Senior Product Designer at Intercom before joining Typeform as a Senior Product Designer in November 2023, later advancing to Lead Product Designer in February 2025.
