Debora Santo's work experience starts in 2014 when they joined Nauka u Srbiji as a Content Manager, where they focused on science communication. In 2015, they also became a Reviewer for the PlosOne journal, specializing in plant genetics research.

In 2017, Debora started an internship at Shleep, where they provided growth support and worked on molecular biology and genetics projects. Debora also became a Reviewer for the Plant Biosystems journal at Taylor & Francis Group during this time.

Their elementary education took place at the Elementary School "Sveti Sava" in Kikinda, Serbia, from 1997 to 2005.
