Paula de Lama Cabanas

Paula de Lama Cabanas has held various roles throughout their work experience. Paula worked at TYPSA from 2008 to present, starting as a Contract Manager for European Institutions and later becoming the Framework Contracts Director. Paula then served as the Regional Manager for Argentina, Uruguay, Guyana & Suriname, where they identified business opportunities, managed strategic partnerships, and coordinated international bids. In June 2020, they also provided support to TYPSA's Compliance Committee in implementing the Integrity Management System and corporate strategy. Prior to TYPSA, Paula worked at Ageron Internacional SL as an International Business Development Manager and at Corporate Solutions S.A as an International Projects Coordinator.

Paula de Lama Cabanas completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca from 1999 to 2003. Paula then pursued their Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Bristol from 2003 to 2004. In 2005, they enrolled at Centro de Formación Empresarial where they obtained a Course in Management and Business Administration. Paula also earned a M.Sc. in International Relations and Foreign Trade from the same institution from 2005 to 2006. Paula completed General Aspects of Corporate Governance at iGobierno Corporativo in 2016. Recently, in 2020 and 2021, they attended Centro de Estudios Garrigues for the Programa Executive in Corporate Compliance.
