Garrett Blake

Garrett Blake has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Garrett currently works as a Business Development Manager at Tyrata, Inc., where they help clients understand and implement the company's sensor technology to improve fleet efficiency and safety. Prior to their current role, they were a Business Development Specialist at Tyrata, Inc., responsible for promoting and explaining the benefits of the company's products.

Garrett also has experience in the field of sustainability. Garrett worked as a Business & Environment Fellow at Duke University's Nicholas School of the Environment, where they facilitated connections between students and companies interested in sustainability, providing solutions and fostering ongoing communication. Garrett also served as a Student Sustainability Consultant at Cree, where they developed sustainability goals aligned with UN Sustainable Development goals and best practices.

Additionally, Garrett has worked as an ESG Analyst at the ESG Lab at Duke Nicholas School, conducting data analysis and business plan development related to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues. Garrett has also worked as a Business and Economics Research Assistant at Carolina Carbon Farm, a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, and a Marketing Intern at Atlanta Blaze.

Garrett Blake completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics at Young Harris College from 2015 to 2019. Following that, they pursued a Master of Environmental Management degree with a specialization in Business and Environment at the Duke University Nicholas School of the Environment from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, in October 2019, Garrett obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
