Paola Klevstig

Paola Klevstig serves as HR-chef at Tyresö kommun since February 2017, responsible for implementing the municipality's HR strategies and leading a team of six HR consultants, two HR specialists, and one HR coordinator. Previously, Paola held the role of HR Specialist at Tyresö kommun, overseeing recruitment processes and providing support for strategic managerial recruitments. Before that, Paola worked as a Personalspecialist at Pensionsmyndigheten, focusing on executive recruitments, and spent almost a decade at Manpower Sverige in various recruiting roles, including Rekryterare and Konsultchef, where Paola managed recruitment processes and client relations across diverse sectors. Additionally, Paola has experience as an aerobics instructor at SATS and has pursued several relevant professional development courses. Paola holds a degree in Behavioral Sciences with a focus on IT and Psychology from Umeå University.
