John Stiles is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and human resources. Currently serving as the Compensation and Incentives Administrative Manager at TyRex Group, Ltd since August 2022, John previously held the position of Director Of Operations at The Overhead Door Company of Austin, overseeing a team of 14 and managing all financial aspects of the branch. Prior to that, John dedicated over 27 years to the US Army, progressing through various leadership roles, including Senior Retention Operations Manager, where responsibilities included presenting initiatives to senior stakeholders and managing a significant workforce. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, graduating Summa Cum Laude, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Central Texas College.
