Carol Harper has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Carol began their career as a Business Manager at Rapp Collins Worldwide from January 2007 to September 2008. Carol then worked as a Senior Campaign Manager at LIDA from December 2009 to January 2010, and at MercerBell from February 2010 to June 2010. Carol joined ING DIRECT Australia in 2010 and held various positions such as Senior Campaign Manager from July 2010 to March 2011, and Manager of the Customer Communications Team from March 2011 to October 2011. From October 2012 to July 2015, they served as a Customer Marketing Manager at ING DIRECT Australia, and then transitioned to the role of Manager of the Propositions Marketing Team from July 2015 to September 2017. Currently, Carol is employed at Tyro Payments, where they started in September 2017 as the Head of Retention and Banking Marketing. Carol later became the Head of CX, Engagement & Retention from January 2019 to April 2023, and currently holds the position of Head of Growth Operations.
