Previously, Douglas held multiple leadership roles at HP, leading global regulatory compliance, digital solutions, and IT for emerging markets. Douglas's experience also includes founding a global technology shared service organization at Tyson and serving on the board of McMullen Ventures, emphasizing technology and accounting best practices in the Oil & Gas sector.
