Gale Shank

Gale Shank is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in supply chain and manufacturing finance. Currently serving as VP Finance for the Supply Chain at Tyson Foods since May 2023, Gale leads a team of 150 employees across 35 manufacturing facilities and acts as the primary business partner to the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operational Leadership Team. Previously, Gale spent over two decades at Bristol-Myers Squibb, holding various senior roles including Global Financial Controller for Manufacturing and Product Supply, CFO for Spain and Portugal, CFO for Mexico, and Associate Director roles in Financial Planning and Analysis. Notable achievements include overseeing a $6 billion cost base and leading international finance operations while residing in Spain and Mexico. Gale also has a background in auditing from KPMG. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Accounting and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, both from Kansas State University.
