Kathleen Rowe

Kathleen Rowe, CPSM, currently serves as Senior Director of Indirect Sourcing at Tyson Foods, a position held since September 2024. Prior to joining Tyson Foods, Kathleen worked at Smithfield Foods as Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing from May 2022 to August 2024. Kathleen's extensive career began at Ferguson Enterprises, where roles included Senior Sourcing Manager, Sourcing Manager, Sr. Sourcing Specialist, and Project Manager for Temporary Staffing over a span of nearly two decades. Earlier in their career, Kathleen held the position of Benefits Manager at Bess Eaton Donuts from January 1996 to December 1998. Kathleen holds a degree from Harvard Business School Executive Education and a CPSM certification from the Institute for Supply Management.
