Lisa Shrum is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Sales Enablement at Tyson Foods since February 2006. In this role, Lisa manages and develops the refrigerated CPG portfolio for Sam's Club and has previously held positions including Senior Customer Development Manager and Customer Business Manager, focusing on both frozen and refrigerated products. Prior to Tyson Foods, Lisa worked at M&M/Mars as a Senior Sales Analyst and Sales Analyst, providing business analysis and support for the Wal-Mart and convenience channel teams. Early in their career, Lisa was an English teacher at Rogers Public Schools, where responsibilities included teaching various English courses. Lisa holds a B.A. and M.Ed. in English from the University of Arkansas and a certification in Marketing Analysis from NorthWest Arkansas Community College.
