Neville Rowe

Neville Rowe serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Tyson Foods, overseeing the APAC Region since December 2018, which encompasses Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia. Prior experience includes a tenure as Regional Vice President of Human Resources & Communication for Keystone Foods from April 2005 to November 2018, managing strategic HR and communications across the APMEA region. Neville's earlier roles include General Manager positions at McKey Distribution, focusing on corporate services and Australian distribution operations, as well as National Human Resources Manager for both McKey Distribution and Australia Meat Holdings, where responsibilities included managing HR functions in multiple processing and distribution facilities. Professional roots trace back to the National Meat Association of Australia, providing industrial and HR advice to member businesses from May 1988 to November 1999. Educational credentials consist of an MBA and a Master's in Employment Relations from the University of Technology Sydney, complemented by a Diploma in Human Resources Management from NSW College of TAFE.
