Scott Hobbs

Scott Hobbs is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in leading technology initiatives within the food industry. At Tyson Foods, from December 2015 to May 2025, Scott held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Information Technology, where responsibilities included demand intake and execution of strategic projects in the Poultry & Prepared Supply Chain. Scott drove digital transformation efforts by integrating IoT data and advanced analytics. Additionally, Scott oversaw IT Business Relationship Management, aligning IT projects with organizational goals and supporting M&A activities. Prior to Tyson Foods, Scott served as Senior Director of Technology at Simmons Foods and as a Developer/Sales/Marketing professional at IFWORLD Inc. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Arkansas.
