Colin Howard Rcdd

Colin Howard RCDD, RTPM, ESS is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in project management and infrastructure operations. Currently serving as Telecommunications Professional 2 at Los Alamos National Laboratory since February 2022, Colin also holds the position of Infrastructure Operations Manager and Infrastructure Designer at Tyto Athene, LLC since September 2018. Previous roles include Project Manager at Enterprise Electrical Services, Inc. and at IES Commercial, where responsibilities included designing, estimating, and managing ITS and ESS projects. Colin's experience also encompasses project management in the low-voltage department at Kelly Cable, Inc., where communication with the University of New Mexico ITS Department was a primary focus. Educational qualifications were attained at the Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute from 1992 to 1996.
