Dennis Kelly

Dennis Kelly is an accomplished executive with over 60 years of experience in mission-focused digital transformation and national security solutions. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Tyto Athene, LLC since March 2024, Dennis has previously held leadership roles including Chairman of the Board of Advisors and CEO at IOMAXIS, CEO at Eqlipse Technologies, and Executive Chairman at Intrepid Solutions and Services LLC. Dennis has a proven track record at Centauri as President & COO, and Buchanan & Edwards, Inc. as President & CEO, in addition to earlier leadership roles at PAE and A-T Solutions. Dennis has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University's School of Business and received an MBA from the University of Rhode Island and a BS from Roger Williams University.
