Luciano Delgado

Luciano Delgado is a seasoned telecommunications infrastructure engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) systems. Currently serving at Tyto Athene, LLC as a Telecommunications Infrastructure Engineer and OSP Engineer Lead since June 2021, Luciano has previously contributed to CACI International Inc. in a similar capacity. Prior roles include Engineering Implementation Manager at NES Associates, LLC, where Luciano led engineering teams through various project phases, and Infrastructure Engineer at DRS TSI, responsible for router and switch maintenance. Luciano's career also includes leadership roles in installation and engineering projects for US and NATO forces in various capacities at EMT and General Dynamics Information Technology.
