Tim Geiger

Tim Geiger is a seasoned professional in business development and capture management, currently serving as Capture Manager at Tyto Athene, LLC since February 2022. With a focus on IT enterprise services, Tim leads the capture process for various contracts, including those essential to national security. Previously, Tim held key positions at MicroTech as VP of Capture Management and Program Operations, and as a Business Development Consultant, supporting major clients like General Dynamics and Northrup Grumman. Tim's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at NVE, Inc., Caliburn International, Vectrus, Akima, Intelligent Decisions, and SAIC, where significant contributions included securing contracts worth over $250 million and developing formalized capture processes. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
