Chris Rudnicki

COO at Tyton Partners

Chris joined Tyton Partners in July 2019 as a Principal in the strategy consulting practice. Prior to joining Tyton Partners, Chris earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School. While in graduate school, Chris spent a summer at Burning Glass Technologies managing a research collaboration between Burning Glass and Harvard’s Managing the Future of Work Project that focused on expanding apprenticeship models across non-traditional occupations.

Prior to his graduate school experience, Chris worked at Harvard Business School as a researcher and project manager. While there he worked with faculty associated with the school’s U.S. Competitiveness Project on research related to workforce development, entrepreneurship, and cross-sector collaboration. He also managed the school’s Growth and Shared Prosperity initiative that brought together over 75 CEOs, mayors, governors, and thought leaders to engage with a variety of public policy topics.

Chris started his career at the nonprofit management consulting firm, TDC. While there, he managed and supported strategic business planning projects for nonprofit organizations across the arts, education, and public policy sectors.

In addition to his work at Tyton Partners, Chris is a co-founder of a company called Project Tugboat, which focuses on providing unemployed professionals with evidence-based career transition guidance.

In addition to his MBA and MPP from Harvard University, Chris holds a BA in Economics and English from Williams College.
