Ria Bharadwaj

Ria Bharadwaj has dedicated their career to education, diversity, and research. Ria is currently the Principal at Tyton Partners. Ria was previously a Research Analyst at Human Capital Research Corporation from March 2019 to February 2021. Prior to that, they were the Diversity Education Specialist at Princeton University from September 2018 to March 2019. From July 2017 to June 2018, they were a Lecturer/Post-Doctoral Researcher at Harvard University. Bharadwaj has also worked as a Ph.D. Researcher and Graduate Instructor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from September 2013 to May 2017. Ria began their career as a Special Education Mathematics Teacher at Bronx Math Preparatory School from August 2011 to August 2013. Bharadwaj has also served as a Corps Member with Teach For America from June 2011 to June 2013.

Ria Bharadwaj has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Pennsylvania, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Master of Science (M.S.) from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Ria also has a Master of Science from Hunter College.
