Ella Rand is a software engineer at TZ Medical since May 2022, specializing in developing features for web applications using React and AngularJS, as well as creating data migrations and routes with Sequelize. Prior experience includes a role as a Research and Development Intern at Number Works Bookkeeping, where Ella focused on a Paid Family Medical Leave wage filing program and explored Python GUI tools. Previous internships involved reconciling client bank statements and developing a Python program for paid leave filing. Ella also served as a Computer Science Help Lab Assistant at George Fox University, supporting students with coursework, and worked at SOLSTICE WOOD FIRE LLC in various service roles. Ella holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from George Fox University.
