Software Support Engineer at TZA

Craig Stuller has worked in various roles since 2006. In that time, they have been a System Administrator, Computer Network Coordinator, Helpdesk Specialist, Computer Support Assistant, and Computer Coordinator at Indiana University Bloomington. From 2011 to 2016, they were a Professional Gamer, traveling to various locations across the country, competing for prize pools up to $100,000. Craig also streamed content through twitch.tv and recorded and uploaded tutorial videos to youtube.com. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Programming Tutor and since 2020 they have been a Software Support Engineer at TZA. In this role, they are responsible for resolving software defects using Java, JavaScript, JSP, Kendo, and Python, deploying software releases, maintaining cloud services, writing and distributing Release Notes, providing support for Tier 1 software support staff, and updating and maintaining the ProTrack Wiki site.

Craig Stuller received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Indiana State University between 1999 and 2005. Craig also holds certifications in MySQL and SQL from TestDome, obtained in November 2019, and in PHP from TestDome, obtained in November 2019. Craig is currently pursuing a certification in Python from TestDome.
