Katherine Ford

Katherine Ford has over 14 years of work experience in the sales industry. In 2007, they began their career as a Captive Sales Representative at Anthem, Inc. Katherine then worked as a MarketPoint Sales Representative at Humana from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they moved to CHI, where they served as a Sales Operations Manager. In 2016, they became the Director of Sales at RxPreferred Benefits, a privately held Pharmacy Benefit Manager. In 2019, they worked as a Sales Executive-Employee Benefits at AssuredPartners. In 2020, they were appointed as the Vice President of Sales-Property & Casualty Subrogation Solutions at Optum, and they currently hold the role of Solutions Sales Executive at TZA Labor Management Software, which they began in 2022.

Katherine Ford began their educational journey at Western Kentucky University, followed by Denison University.
