Previously, Nadav held the position of Director of Business Development at ELLA-IL Investments, Ltd. from February 2013 to March 2017, where responsibilities included driving business development initiatives for an early-stage venture capital firm with synergies with government entities. Nadav co-founded Bio2B, an in-vitro diagnostic company, guiding it from concept to proof of concept and into Round A funding. Nadav earned a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development from The College of Management in 2012.
