Cassie Perlman

Cassie Perlman serves as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at U BEAUTY since July 2024, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Senior Vice President of Marketing & Ecommerce and Vice President of Brand Marketing & Strategy at Papa & Barkley from April 2021 to September 2023. Prior to that, Cassie held positions as Senior Director and Director of Brand Marketing at Milani Cosmetics, and worked in global strategy roles at PepsiCo. An MBA graduate from Harvard Business School, Cassie also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Economics & Strategy, Marketing, and International Business from Washington University in St. Louis.
