Megan Conway is an accomplished professional in the brand and creative industries, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Brand & Creative at U BEAUTY since June 2024. With a diverse background as a self-employed creative consultant since March 2020, Megan has worked with notable clients including Coach, Bobbi Brown, and SK-II, among others.
