Dawn Kenworthy

Dawn Kenworthy is an experienced professional in the rental and recruitment industries, currently serving as the Head of Rental Operations at U-Drive Limited since March 2012, where responsibilities include managing operations for a company with over 30 years in the self-drive hire market. Prior to this role, Dawn held various positions in recruitment, including Recruitment Consultant at Randstad CPE and Energy Team Leader at Allen & York, focusing on Sustainability and Energy Management. Additional experience includes roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as Assistant Manager and as a Student Liaison at the University of Plymouth. Dawn holds a BSc in Earth Sciences from the University of Plymouth, obtained in 2005.
