Sathiayan Jaichandran has extensive experience in the financial sector, having held various leadership positions in companies such as UGRO Capital Ltd, Religare Finvest Limited, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Sathiayan currently serves as the Chief Business Officer at UGRO Capital Ltd. In their previous role at Religare Finvest Limited, Sathiayan was the Director - South, responsible for being the Profit Centre Head for the South Region. Prior to that, at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Sathiayan started as a Sales Manager handling Auto loans and eventually reached the position of Vice President, overseeing Personal loans, Credit Cards, and Business loans.
