Srijan Maurya

Srijan Maurya is currently serving as a Risk Analyst within the Innovation Team at UGRO Capital since June 2023, where key contributions include designing automated Static Pool variants for delinquency analysis, developing customer segmentation models for over 125,000 accounts, and implementing rigorous risk modeling and policy design initiatives. Prior experience encompasses roles at the Board for Sports Activities (BSA) IIT Delhi as Secretary, a Summer Research Internship at King's College London focused on Alzheimer’s treatment research, and mentoring positions at the Board for Student Welfare (BSW) and other committees at IIT Delhi. Srijan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (2019-2023).
