Mark Lawson

Mark Lawson has extensive experience in internal communications and colleague engagement. Mark currently works at UKAR as the I C Business Partner for HR, Colleague Engagement, Leadership Team, and Internal Brand Development. Prior to this, Mark was the Owner of MCL Business Services and held senior positions at British Gas and Centrica. Notably, Mark was responsible for successful health & safety cultural change programs and preparing British Gas to become an authorized insurance services provider. In previous roles, Mark led operational communications, managed field engineers, and worked on introducing innovative technology within a service organization.
