Fanny Aveneau

Fanny Aveneau is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in managing HR functions across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines at U Logistique since January 2021, Fanny previously held the position of Responsable Développement RH at Eurial for over a decade, where responsibilities included overseeing HR projects across 24 production sites, talent acquisition, and employer branding. Additional experience at Eurial encompassed leadership roles in the Beurre Fromage and Ultra Frais business units, focusing on various HR initiatives such as GPEC and employee relations. Fanny holds a Titre RNCP niveau II in Responsable ressources humaines from CESI École Supérieure de l’Alternance and a BTS in Communication d'entreprise from Lycée Avesnières LAVAL.
