Alan Perez Cruz is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as an Underwriter and Mortgage Processor at U of I Community Credit Union since November 2015. In this role, Alan maintains product and policy knowledge to assess the financial positions of members and identify credit risks, while also reviewing applications for potential fraud. Previously, Alan held positions as an E-Lending Coordinator and E-Services Specialist, focusing on consumer demands and supporting online lending departments. Before joining the credit union, Alan worked as a Cashier at Culver's Restaurants and as an English Translator for Urbana School District #116, facilitating communication between educators and parents. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Illinois State University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Parkland College.
