Currently serving as the Digital Marketing Manager at U of I Community Credit Union since April 2020, Crystal develops and manages multiplatform digital marketing campaigns, oversees website properties, and utilizes marketing automation for lead generation. Previous roles include Project Coordinator at Dickey Consulting Services, where Crystal coordinated project updates and communications, and Digital Marketing Specialist at Mad 4 Marketing, focusing on paid digital campaigns and content management. With a Master's Degree in Entertainment Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Arts & Design from Full Sail University, Crystal possesses a strong foundation in both marketing strategies and digital design.
