Kristen Cade has a strong background in operations and customer service. Kristen began their work experience in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative at First Federal Savings Bank of Champaign-Urbana. In 2017, they joined U of I Community Credit Union and worked their way up through various roles, starting as an Associate Director of Operations and eventually becoming the Director of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President of Operations at U of I Community Credit Union.
Kristen Cade attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Earth Systems, Environment, and Society.
