Richard Brown is an experienced professional with a diverse background in loan coordination and customer service. Since March 2016, Richard has served as a Loan Records Coordinator at U of I Community Credit Union, managing the receipt and shipment of titles and associated paperwork. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Service Manager at Binny's Beverage Depot from October 2012 to June 2021, where responsibilities included daily safe reconciliation, inventory management, and theft prevention. Richard's career also encompasses a significant tenure as a Medical Secretary at Christie Clinic from 1995 to 2011, where expertise in medical terminology, Powerscribe editing, and insurance pre-approval was developed. Richard holds a high school diploma from F-S-W JR. SR HIGH SCHOOL.
