Jacek Pianko

Jacek Pianko is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the manufacturing and packaging industries. Currently serving as the Operation Shift Manager at U-POL LTD since July 2022, Jacek previously held the position of PM Packing Supervisor at British Pepper and Spice Co Ltd from January to July 2022. Prior to that, Jacek worked as a Shift Leader at Symrise AG for 15 years, from January 2007 to January 2022. Jacek has completed management training at Phoenix4Training LLP, earning a Diploma in Management Level 3 and an NVQ in Team Leading Level 2. Academic background includes a degree from Wyższa Szkoła Agrobiznesu w Łomży, completed between 2002 and 2005.
