Douglas Schuette

Douglas Schuette is a seasoned Telecommunications Specialist and Mobile Services Coordinator at the United States Agency for Global Media since October 2013. With extensive experience in managing Microsoft Teams and spearheading a successful migration from Skype for Business, Schuette has significantly enhanced user engagement during the Covid-19 pandemic. Responsibilities include overseeing mobile services procurement, developing policies for mobile device usage, and administering Microsoft InTune for endpoint management.
