Marcell Brevard

Marcell Brevard is an experienced logistics management professional currently serving as a Logistics Management Specialist at the United States Agency for Global Media since March 2017 and as a Senior Logistics Manager in the US Army since 2015. With a robust background in strategic planning and energy-informed decision-making, Marcell has provided senior-level leadership in logistics for the Department of the Army. Prior experience includes serving as a Chief Warrant Officer and operational energy logistics officer, where Marcell was instrumental in integrating operational energy solutions into military missions. Marcell's earlier roles encompass operations and training management, as well as serving as a petroleum supply supervisor, managing a team and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Marcell is pursuing a master's degree in Transportation and Logistics Management from American Military University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trinity International University.
