Hope Bray

Hope Bray has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Hope currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at US Aggregates, a role they have been in since January 2021. Prior to their current position, they worked at US Aggregates as a Strategic HR Manager for 6 years. Before joining US Aggregates, Hope worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Heartland Food Products Group, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as leadership development, employee relations, and recruitment. Prior to that, they held roles at Ingersoll Rand as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Coordinator, as well as a Human Resources intern. Hope started their professional career at the Indiana Department of Workforce Development as an Office Assistant.

Hope Bray completed their Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2005 to 2010. Subsequently, they pursued their MBA in Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan University between 2010 and 2012.
